Lesson: Your Weekly Funnel Dashboard – Tracking What Matters in 15 Minutes

Module 1: Sales Funnel & Introduction into Psychology

In short

A weekly dashboard means recording the same handful of Airbnb Insights numbers every week, such as first-page impression rate, search-to-listing and listing-to-booking conversion, occupancy, nightly rate, ratings and response rate. Tracking them consistently over the same 30-day window shows trends early, so hosts can spot a weak stage of the booking funnel before occupancy falls.

In Insights, once professional hosting tools are switched on in your account settings. Airbnb's help centre lists areas such as Conversion, Occupancy & rates, Quality and Hosting progress.

How is Airbnb occupancy rate calculated?

Airbnb divides the number of nights booked by the total nights available to be booked across the selected listings and time frame.

How often should an Airbnb host check their numbers?

Weekly is a good rhythm for spotting trends early. Many hosts record numbers weekly but wait at least two weeks between changes so they can tell what actually worked.
