Lesson: Reading Your Pricing Results – Pace, Pickup, Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR

Module 15: WTP Advanced Optimisation and Revenue Management Service

In short

Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR show how a past period performed, while pace and pickup show whether future months are on track. Pace compares what's already booked with the same point last year or the market; pickup is the new bookings that arrived in a recent period. Reading them together, alongside market data, tells a host where to act while nights can still be sold.
