Free Lesson: How We Get Our Airbnb Guests’ Reviews onto Vrbo (OwnerRez)

A new Vrbo listing starts with no reviews, even if you have dozens of 5-star reviews on Airbnb. Vrbo won’t take Airbnb’s reviews, and OwnerRez doesn’t send them. What Vrbo will take are reviews guests leave on your own OwnerRez review form.

So after every stay, we ask our Airbnb guests to review us on Airbnb and on our own review form. OwnerRez then sends the reviews from our form to Vrbo.
