Amenities selected in OwnerRez sync to connected channels such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, and they are among the most filtered features on every platform. If an amenity is not selected, your listing will not appear for that filter, even if you provide it. The best approach is to select everything you genuinely have, add a short description where possible, and consider inexpensive items that fill obvious gaps.
