Everybody has different goals, risk appetite and circumstances. This means everybody will have a different strategy and timeline based on their goals, risk appetite and circumstances. What we want to do is help you build realistic and reasonable strategies to get to your property goals. What is your passive income number? If you were to retire or take a step back – how quickly could you achieve this? How quickly could you have a debt-free scenario? How quickly can you pay of your Home? Can you do a complete leveraged scenario? How big of a portfolio can you build? How do you get past the hurdles of getting “maxed out”?
