“Our family loved our week's stay at The Darling. The position was magical, with the harbour front on your doorstep and waking up to birds singing and boats bobbing on the water each morning. The house is spacious and has a wonderful entertaining area at the back, with a gorgeous pool that is nicely heated and BBQ for entertaining. The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Beds, sheets and pillows are all luxury for the perfect night's sleep. We can't wait to stay again upon our return!”

“I had a fantastic stay earlier this year in January at The Darling. The home was beautiful with fabulous interiors and the pool/bbq was where we spent most of our time. The house is situated opposite Rushcutters Bay Park which made for beautiful harbour walks in the morning and is in close proximity to the City and Paddington as well. The pizza oven was a huge hit, heated pool, across from the park, easy uber eats for groceries. It was amazing. My boys loved it. We came in just before Christmas with plans to cook delicious gourmet food during our stay, and we'd missed the window to get some of the best steaks around. Jemma and Amber worked magic and upon arrival they'd already gone above and beyond and acquired all the ingredients we needed (thanks again!). The kitchen and outdoor eating area on the patio were both wonderful for our stay. We lounged around the pool in the sun and enjoyed its heated waters day and night. We stayed in on some days and enjoyed the mellow vibe of the Darling Point neighborhood, watching everyone walk their doggo at the park across the street. We went out and visited nearby Double Bay as well as various parts of Sydney a very short distance away -- The Darling is very convenient to all of this. We also enjoyed the five minute walk to see the NYE fireworks with a lovely view. Our time at The Darling was memorable, relaxing, enjoyable and rejuvenating. Thanks again, Jemma and Amber.”

“The Darling Heated Magnesium Pool was the perfect location for our commercial campaign shoot. It’s a beautifully curated space with endless opportunities to shoot, relax, or stay. Both hosts were incredibly accommodating — even with a few changes to our shoot schedule — and were consistently responsive and helpful throughout. The property was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every amenity and detail carefully considered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “Check-in was seamless, from the moment we arrived, everything felt right. Jemma and Amber went the extra to make sure we had everything we needed. Flowers were a nice touch, and the home felt warm and welcoming with a beautiful blend of style and elegence. Premium amenities, fresh linen and towels, and attention to detail - even down to the toilet paper origami flowers. It all adds to the lux retreat vibe, yet still feels homely. The outdoor area is like a secluded Spanish or Moroccan-style courtyard - forgot we were in Sydney. The pool was the perfect temperature. The outdoor shower was handy. Little touches, like having ice trays ready for a cold drink when we arrived, show the care that’s gone into making guests feel at home. The location is convenient with shops close by, beautiful park across the road, and close to Potts Point, the city and Bondi. It’s a truly an amazing place to stay - peaceful, comfortable and full of thoughtful details. We’ll definitely be back again.”

Everything about the property was stunning – including its location in one of Sydney’s most lovely neighbourhoods. We had so many highlights, but especially enjoyed opening up the oversized bifold doors onto the private tropical courtyard, swims in the heated magnesium pool no matter the time of day, and making the most of the sound system throughout the house (an extra nice touch that this extends to the bedrooms – perfect for creating the best vibes when getting ready!). Comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen as well. We’ll be back!”

“The (best) hotel’ish stay money can buy! A girls weekend for Kylie Minogue done right! It’s impressive before you even walk through the door but once you do it just gets better and better… the low music playing as we walked through to the kitchen to the most phenomenal view of the pool was perfection. blackout curtains in the bedroom with gorgeous hotel quality bedding meant we all had the best nights sleep. The luxury of all having our own bedrooms gave it hotel level privacy but having our private pool and all the kitchen amenities and yoga room was next level! This is the kind of air bnb experience that makes air bnb great! Thank you so much Jemma for being such an incredible host and opening up your home to share - we’ll be back!”

Jemma's house is fantastic. It's beautifully decorated with REAL furniture and finishings (i.e. not just an AirBnB home!). Everything was well appointed and the outdoor living / BBQ / Pool space was amazing for relaxation and family dinners. The location is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful trees and bustling with early morning song birds - right in Rushcutters with quick walking access to buses and the train. The parking is perfect for a midsize car. The Rushcutters coffee shop is great for morning coffee and an am walk! We would 100% stay at Jemma's house again in the future.”
