“We stayed at this house to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was perfect for a big family getaway. My siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews were all under one roof, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The facilities were great and kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. It was also a short walk to the beach, which was a nice bonus. Scott was a great host—friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. Overall, a great spot for family gatherings.”
“Excellent property for three generations to come together and celebrate a milestone event. The downstairs layout worked particularly well for elderly parents using walkers, and the kids loved the games room and activities, especially toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. There’s so much to enjoy across the property and our only regret was not staying longer. Scott was extremely responsive throughout and quick to arrange a repair when we reported an issue during our stay. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.”

“It is easy to rate this house 5 stars. An incredibly well looked after, and modern beach house that is perfectly located between shops, the bowls club and the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this house feel like the perfect holiday home. We had 17 adults sleeping in the house, so we had access to both upstairs and downstairs. Each bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious, there is air con in each room so nobody was uncomfortable at night. What really stood out was how fun the property felt - the spa's, sauna and arcade room all worked well with no issue and provided us with an awesome time. The deck provided an excellent gathering space and the view out to the both the ocean at the front and wetlands out the back was great. The hosts are very positive and provided outstanding communication with me when I needed to speak with them. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“This house was fantastic! We held a work Christmas party here for 20 people for two nights. The house was comfortable for everyone and had everything we needed. Great location across the road from the beach with a very cool playground and very scenic walking/running track at the end of the beach along the coast. Conveniently located near a foodworks, restaurant and takeaway. Everything at the house was exactly as described, clean, great condition, good instructions and communication with the managers of the property even returning a phone call at 7pm at night to answer a question for us. They were lovely to deal with during the booking process and while staying at the house. We made use of all the facilities including sauna, spa and games room. Nice big entertaining undercover decks near the bbq and pizza oven where we could see the outdoor TV and watch the cricket during the day and we also used the screen for a trivia night one night. This would be a great house for a group of friends, an extended family or work group and there was also lots of activities for kids and adults. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely book again! Thanks for a great weekend!”

“We stayed as a group of 12 and hired the entire house for our grandma's bday and had an awesome time. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the house was so big and well set up that it really didn't matter. The kids were constantly entertained with the games room, toys, and all the extra activities provided - huge bonus! We made great use of the spas and sauna and the new verandah was perfect for hosting a big family lunch. Being able to bring our pets along made the stay even better. The location was fantastic - right across from the beach and a park, and having the shops just across the road was very convenient for grabbing anything we needed. We do large family getaways each year, and this place was one of the best we've stayed in. We'll definitely be back! The house had everything we could have asked for and felt really comfortable for our whole group. Highly recommend it for families or bigger groups looking for a spacious, relaxing getaway in a quiet coastal town.”

A lot of resources for kids to enjoy including big trampoline, game activities, arcade etc. Spa and Sauna is an excellent option to relax and the house has a large deck where to sit back and enjoy the nature. The kitchen equipped with coffee machines and all the necessary utensils to use including BBQ in the backyard. Even its pets friendly, the property was exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities were great, with lots of special touches, like the sauna and jacuzzi, and games room and an endless supply of wood for the fireplace. We used the bbq every day, and my brothers were even tempted to use the smoker. Perfect location, shops, beach and playground literally across the road. Scott was super helpful and responsive. We had our family reunion on the Anzac long weekend. This stunning property offers everything you need and so much more. With 3 family’s staying at sky’s 2 story beach house there is room to comfortably sleep 16. Spacious living areas. Luxurious bedding, furnishings & Top of the range appliances. The Delonghi coffee machine brews the perfect barista made coffee every time with a simple press of a button which you can enjoy on the large front deck or down on the sunny deck by the 2 fire pits. The BBQ & entertainment area is set with enough seating for everyone to enjoy. As I was Cooking up a storm my family enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna & Spa’s watching YouTube in the perfect out door entertainment area. The little cousins jumped on the trampoline shooting hoops & played on the massive swing set until the sun set. Then there is the games room. What can I say hrs & hrs of fun was had versing the big cousins, Auntys & Uncles on the 2 player Daytona giving us 80’s babies massive nostalgia. Street fighter was a massive hit again bringing the competitive nature out in all the cousins young and old. After a high pressure hot massage jet shower & jumping into the massive king size bed that felt like I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud, Beautiful bedding & linen of very high quality you’re ready to start the next day of fun, relaxation & adventure. “I stayed at Skyes Beach House with my husband and all of his siblings and parents. Everyone had a great time. There was lots of space and the amenities were amazing. The kids loved the swing set and trampoline and spent most of their time outside. The adults all enjoyed the spas and saunas! The spa was where the most time was spent, watching the rugby or kids playing. The arcade room was very cool, with lots of competitiveness coming out. Skyes Beach House was such a fun get away! Scott was great and super responsive. Thank you for such a nice place to spend down the coast!!”

This spot is spotless, cozy, and perfectly located just steps from the beach – pure perfection for a weekday escape! The house is packed with everything you could ever need. Beach toys, chairs, and even kids’ cycles – they’ve thought of everything to make your stay stress-free. The barbecue area is a showstopper, with a wood-fired pizza oven and grilling setup that made for the best barbecue of the year. We created unforgettable memories cooking together and enjoying meals under the stars. The kids? They were in heaven! Between the gaming room, trampoline, swings, and endless rounds of hide-and-seek, they had the time of their lives. “It is indeed “the entertainer” accommodation. We spend our Christmas getaway in Scott’s place with kids and despite of the rain, we definitely enjoyed our stay. There are so much things to do indoor, there are plenty of games not just for adults but for kids as well. It is an excellent place for families with kids. The beach is only 2mins walk, there’s grocery at the front and shaded bbq place at the back. And most of all, Scott is only a call away, he is very accomodating and reassuring.”

“We had a beautiful family reunion with our family. We booked the whole house for the weekend. Everyone was comfortable as both upstairs and downstairs have great beds, living areas and kitchen. We loved the availability of great heating, wifi, smart tvs and games room. Hubby fell in love with the bbq set up and enjoyed using it to cook for the family. We sat around the fire pit admiring nature and privacy surrounding the home. We all felt at home and would love to return. Across the road is the beach, shops and a nice restaurant.”
“I could boast about Scott’s house forever. Everything about it was perfect, the house mostly certainly was better than any five star apartment, there was absolutely nothing required to bring from home. My family of 13, ranged from 18month old to 60 yrs had a blast and even with the beach across the road … all wanted to stay at the home to use all the wonderful amenities provided. Thank you Scott and thank you to Deb the home manager for all the assistance provided prior and during our stay. We will be telling everyone about this amazing house and we will be coming back 100%”
“We had a wonderful four-generations family reunion at Scott's place. Although the surrounding area is amazing, we could not go anywhere as the weather was awful. This turned out to be even better for us as we spent a lot of time in the house together & I should say the house had everything we needed & none of us got bored. Our 5 young people spent a lot of time in the games area and we all joined them from time to time. There were 11 of us, adults, one 15 months old toddler and our kelpie Grace. The instructions for the house were great and the communication with Scott was effortless. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place & would reccommend it to anyone visiting the area 😄👍.”

The indoor living areas were not as big as photos suggested but great for our group of 7, and there were two excellent outdoor areas for larger gatherings. The house was divided in to two fully self contained living spaces with access via an external staircase, which would work well for larger groups. Very comfortable.”

The location to the beach, park, and shops was perfect. The outdoor seating areas we very nice and relaxing, and outdoor cooking equipment was so good we spent the whole weekend cooking outdoors. Great place and great host. Scott was available when I called and very responsive. Provided lots of information for the weekend which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Malua Bay.”

“The external staircase to get to the top floor was slightly problematic with the wet weather we experienced, but the place was in a perfect position to the beach and rock pools, supermarket was very convenient and the place was perfect to accommodate all our families. Scott and Arlo were super responsive hosts as well. We had a wonderful time away.”

“Skye's Beach House was well-suited for 3 families on an annual weekend away. The place was very clean and check-in was extremely easy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well kitted out. While the house is on a busy road, it was enjoyable people watching from the balcony. It also had ocean views and it was easy access to the beach and other amenities. Communication with Scott was easy and he was very responsive to queries. Overall, a lovely weekend getaway.”
