“This is a gem in Queenstown. The place is compact and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is excellent- Fernhill is a great suburb to base. A couple of nice trails just 500 metres away, and 15-20 min walk to the lakeshore. Dairy, fish and chips and a good restaurant just a few steps away, so it’s super convenient. The reading nook is our favourite spot”

“The 8 of us had a great experience staying at Sarah’s house. Located just out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, however it was only a 15 walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of the city. All amenities were as listed making our stay comfortable and we were able to cook meals etc at the house. A few shops below the house were handy when needing something quick. An excellent place for a large family or group.”

“The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed with nice extra touches. A few nits to be aware of: 1) You can unload your car in a little driveway, but you will have to find street parking. Easy to do, but an extra step. 2) The downstairs bathroom and shower room sinks are extremely narrow, so you've gotta be really deliberate about brushing your teeth there.”

“We had a lovely week at Sarah’s place. The kids loved the little toys at the property and enjoyed being able to walk down the hill to the playground. Being just a short drive to town meant that we could enjoy the hustle and bustle but also retreat to somewhere peaceful and cosy when needed. Sarah was very responsive whenever we needed anything at all. We would love to visit again!”

“Stunning apartment at Fernhill-short drive into the heart of Queenstown. Very close to local shop and restaurant as well. Parking is on the street , but not difficult to find. The views are gorgeous, and the apartment is beautifully presented.”

A bit far to walk to the city but we had a car which made getting was 7 minute drive. But this also meant it’s away from all the hustle and bustle and felt very peaceful. Would highly recommend.”

“This was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had, if not the best. The home was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The views from the balcony are fantastic, the bus stop to get into town is just a short walk away, and the restaurants just downstairs were great! On top of that, we got to meet the local legend, Frank the cat, who likes to hang out right around that building. Overall, I would absolutely love to stay here again sometime!”
