🌊 Important Information 🌊
➖ Apartment Setting: Robin's Oceanview Penthouse is a private Level 12 apartment within a shared residential building.
➖ Shared Building Amenities: The swimming pool, spa, sauna and full tennis court are shared with other residents and guests in the building.
➖ Guest Numbers: The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The number of guests at the apartment must match the number shown on the booking at all times.
➖ Identification Verification: The person making the booking may be required to complete identification verification before arrival.
➖ Digital Welcome Guide: Guests receive a digital welcome guide containing check-in, check-out and apartment instructions, including directions for setting up the queen sofa beds.
➖ Pet-Free Property: Pets are not permitted inside the apartment or within the booking.
➖ Parking: One secure basement parking space is provided in Bay 8, marked Unit 50 on the pillar. Maximum Vehicle Height: 2.0 meters
🌊 Booking Rules 🌊
To maintain a welcoming and respectful environment, please follow these guidelines:
Booking Details:
➖ The person making the booking must be part of the travelling party.
➖ All adults, children and infants must be included on the booking.
➖ Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
➖ Requests to add guests must be arranged before arrival through the booking platform.
➖ The apartment may not be booked for parties, events, schoolies or unauthorised gatherings.
🌊 Check-In and Check-Out 🌊
➖ Check-in is available from 3:00pm.
➖ Check-out is required by 10:00am.
➖ Check-in and check-out are completed independently using the instructions provided.
➖ Guests should complete a walkthrough on arrival and report any damage, maintenance concerns or cleanliness issues promptly.
➖ Unreported damage discovered after check-out may be treated as the responsibility of the booking guest.
➖ All keys, access devices and building entry items must be returned to their designated location before departure.
➖ Lost or damaged keys, access devices or remotes may result in replacement and locksmith costs.

➖ Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times.
➖ Avoid excessive noise in the apartment, on the balcony, in hallways and throughout shared building areas.
➖ Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
➖ Guests must follow all building rules and respect residents and other visitors.
🌊 Cleanliness & Damage 🌊
➖ Report any cleaning concerns, damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible after arrival.
➖ Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
➖ Furniture, décor and apartment items must remain in their original positions.
➖ Do not remove items belonging to the apartment.
➖ Excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
🌊 Hair Products, Fake Tan and Staining Products 🌊
➖ Hair bleach, fake tan and other products that may stain towels, bedding, furniture or bathroom surfaces must be used with care.
➖ Guests may be responsible for professional cleaning or replacement costs where staining or permanent damage occurs.
🌊 Smoking 🌊
➖ Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or on the private balcony.
➖ Smoking must also comply with the building’s shared-area rules.
➖ Cleaning or deodorisation costs may apply where smoke or vapour odours remain after departure.

➖ Pets are not permitted at Robin's Oceanview Penthouse.
🌊 Prohibited Activities 🌊
➖ No parties, schoolies, large gatherings or unauthorised events.
➖ Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
➖ Open flames, candles and portable cooking devices are not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.
➖ Building amenities must not be used in a way that disturbs residents or other guests.
🌊 Utilities 🌊
➖ Turn off lights, air-conditioning and appliances when leaving the apartment.
➖ Keep balcony doors closed while the air-conditioning is operating.
➖ Fast Wi-Fi is provided and typically measures approximately 990 Mbps, although speed may vary due to service conditions.
🌊 Kitchen Use 🌊
➖ Use the kitchen appliances only for their intended purpose.
➖ Clean cookware, crockery and utensils after use.
➖ Salt, pepper, sauces, oil and basic starter supplies are provided.
➖ Do not leave cooking unattended.
➖ Avoid cooking methods that create excessive smoke or strong lingering odours.
🌊 Sofa Beds 🌊
➖ Two queen sofa beds are available in the living area.
➖ Setup instructions are included in the digital welcome guide.
➖ Please follow the supplied instructions carefully to avoid damaging the sofa-bed mechanisms.
➖ Sofa beds should be returned to their original sofa position before check-out unless instructed otherwise.
🌊 Linen and Towels 🌊
➖ Premium bed linen is supplied.
➖ Approximately eight full-size bath towels and two to four hand towels are provided per booking.
➖ Towels supplied for the apartment must not be removed from the property.
➖ Please do not use white towels to remove makeup, fake tan or hair coloring products.
🌊 Children’s Items 🌊
➖ A cot, high chair and change mat are stored at the apartment and ready for guest use.
➖ Children must be supervised when using these items.
➖ Guests are responsible for ensuring each item is suitable for their child before use.
🌊 Balcony 🌊
➖ The private balcony includes four outdoor chairs.
➖ Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times.
➖ Do not climb, sit or lean on balcony railings.
➖ Do not throw or drop any item from the balcony.
➖ Furniture must not be moved against or close to the balcony railing.
➖ Smoking, vaping and open flames are not permitted on the balcony.

The swimming pool, spa, sauna and full tennis court are shared building amenities. Access may be subject to building rules, operating hours, cleaning, maintenance or temporary closure.
