“This beautiful apartment is right on the Avalon Beach headland. It’s a two minute stroll to the beach and as many shops, cafes and restaurants as you’d ever want. It also has a FULL kitchen and Woolies is right there too. It has one bedroom and a super comfy sofa bed (my neck says thanks for the memory foam pillows!). The living areas are filled with light and was a delight to sit, read and eat yummy takeaway fish and chips in. The host and I were in contact throughout the stay and he was super responsive. Couldn’t have had a better stay! FIVE stars!”
“We had a great stay at Peter’s place. The apartment was beautifully clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location so close to the beach and shops and a bonus to be able to bring our dog. The little treats on arrival were a really nice touch too. Between the perfect apartment and the town, you feel right at home. I never wanted to leave! My girlfriend & I will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.”
“2nd visit- great location, very clean with everything required for a longer stay - washing machine, iron, tv with Netflix etc and a selection of books & games. Bed very comfortable. “Apartment: Quiet and compact. Light-filled and airy, with a beach feel. The apartment has a lux feel, with thoughtful touches, and comes well equipped with the all things you’ll need. The bedroom is inner facing - so quiet and peaceful and the bed is very comfortable. We liked the super hot water for showering in the modern bathroom. Finally the balcony - runs along the length of the apartment and was ideal for an outdoor breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Location: Excellent - right opposite the beach and amazing ocean pool. Try an early morning swim to start the day! It’s a walk-up, so no having to wait for a lift. A 300m walk and you’re in the centre of Avalon shops. Plenty of restaurants, takeaways and a Woolies Metro open ’til late. We can recommend Ocean Traders for takeaway fish - an excellent variety of choices and preparation options. This is a great getaway apartment. We had a relaxing break and only 40km from Sydney!”

“We needed to do a quick stay on the northern beaches and Avalon is always our go to... Finding Peter's place was a bonus! Great spot, one of the cleanest Air Bnb's we've stayed in, quiet, simply and tastefully decorated, and just an all round great little apartment. Also, Peter was lovely and even offered a later checkout on Sunday if we needed... big thanks for that. We'll be back if you'll have us lol. 🙏”

“My partner and I had a lovely time at Peter's Residence. It was easy to find and the place was neat and clean. The bed was also very comfortable and really no complains at all. The apartment is very near to Avalon beach (5 mins away) and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes as well as Woolsworth so its really convenient to stay there. Peter is such an awesome host and was also so fast in responding to my queries. Thank you Peter for everything!”

Apartment had a real beach vibe and could hear the waves from the surf which was exactly what we needed for a well deserved break. “Absolute exceptional little apartment. Perfect for a couple and within walking distance to everything Avalon has to offer. Hosts were incredible. It was our wedding night and a lovely bottle of Prosecco with a card was on the table for our arrival after our reception. Hosts went over and beyond to ensure we had a good few nights. Instructions are spot on to find the place. The aircon cools the joint down very quickly, which was perfect after a 35 degree day and warm evening of dancing at our wedding. All the furniture was very comfortable. All in all, very ‘homey’ place and highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Peter’s place. It was the perfect size for two of us. My fiancé hadn’t been in the area in 20 years and Peter gave us wonderful recommendations for food and drinks. He was extremely helpful helping us navigate timing of arrival and departure and even dropped off a beach umbrella when we couldn’t find one nearby. You’re just steps to the beach! The bus is super easy to navigate to Palm beach! I would definitely stay again and Peter made the stay that much better!”
