This privately owned apartment is located within a complex shared by permanent residents, other privately owned apartments, and short-stay accommodation. Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests at all times.
Important Information
- Rental Agreement: By attending the property, you agree to the terms outlined in the short-term rental agreement, which will be sent for Signing.
- Identification Verification: Booker must complete ID verification, and provide a photo of their ID and a selfie on onbooking.
Noise & Respect for Neighbours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
- Please avoid excessive noise, loud music, and disturbances at all times.
- Quiet hours also apply to the balcony, pool area, and all other shared spaces.
- The sound system and streaming services may be enjoyed at a considerate volume.
- Please do not use offensive, abusive, threatening, or disruptive language or behaviour.
- A Minut noise-monitoring device is installed to help protect neighbouring residents and guests. It monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations.
Parties, Events & Gatherings
- Parties and events are not permitted without the host’s prior written approval.
- Unauthorized or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
- A breach of this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
- Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the front of the complex.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and do not leave any rubbish behind.
- Additional cleaning or deodorising costs may apply if smoke or vapour odours remain after checkout.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted at the property.
