- Please be particularly mindful of noise on verandas, balconies and outdoor areas during the evening.

Cleanliness & Damage
- Report any unsatisfactory cleaning, maintenance issues or existing damage shortly after arrival so we can assist.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their group or approved pets during the stay.
- Please provide photos through the booking platform when reporting damage or maintenance concerns where practical.
- Accidental damage should be reported immediately.
- Please do not move furniture between levels or substantially rearrange the home.
Hair Bleach, Fake Tan & Staining Products
- Hair bleach, fake tan and similar products that may permanently stain linen, towels, furniture or other surfaces should not be used in a way that risks damage to the property.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning, repair or replacement costs resulting from staining or damage caused by these products.
Smoking
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Any violation will result in cleaning and deodorisation charges.
- Extra care is required because Carinya backs directly onto Bouddi National Park and coastal bushland.

- Dogs only (no cats), small and medium size.
- Dogs are welcome inside and outside, but not on beds or furniture.

- Some traffic noise can be heard.
Downstairs Awning & Upstairs Umbrella
- Downstairs balcony awning: please don’t wind the awning out all the way. Stop a little before it’s fully extended.
- Please wind the awning in when it’s windy or raining heavily. Water can pool on it and make it collapse, and strong wind can catch it like a sail and damage or tear it away.
- Upstairs balcony umbrella: please take care winding it out and down, so it doesn’t catch on the handrail cables or the door and window flyscreens.
- Please wind the umbrella down each evening and whenever it’s windy.
- If either one gets stuck or won’t wind properly, please stop and let us know through the booking platform rather than forcing it.
Bushland & Wildlife
- Carinya backs directly onto Bouddi National Park.
- Please respect the surrounding native vegetation and wildlife. Do not feed wildlife.
- Do not remove plants, rocks, timber or other natural material from the surrounding bushland.
- Food and rubbish should be secured so that it does not attract wildlife.
- Please remain mindful of changing weather and bushfire conditions when using outdoor areas.
Bedding, Linen & Towels
- Bed linen is supplied.
- One bath towel is supplied per guest, plus hand towels and face washers.
- Please do not use bath towels for the beach, cleaning, removing makeup, fake tan or other activities likely to cause staining or damage.
