Aaron's Beachside Boat House Story

Aaron's Beachside Boat House is a colourful two-storey Queenslander that forms part of our family's long-term retirement plans. We chose the home so we could one day be close to the beach, enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle and have easy access to the many golf courses throughout the area. In the meantime, we've created a relaxed coastal home to share with guests, with two self-contained living zones, tropical gardens, a private saltwater pool and wraparound verandas that give the house its distinctive Sunshine Coast character.

• Bedroom 6 is the downstairs bunk room.
• The downstairs bunk room includes air-conditioning and a television.
• The two-level layout creates two separate three-bedroom accommodation zones.
• One bathroom is positioned on each level.

Pet Friendly

• Your beautiful furry family members are welcome to stay.
• The property welcomes up to two pets per stay with prior approval.
• The fully fenced backyard provides a contained outdoor area.

• Linen and bath towels are supplied.
• Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied.
• General kitchen essentials include salt, pepper, oil and basic starter supplies.
• Beach towels are not included.
